Osteria Athena is an Italian restaurant in downtown that serves dinner six days a week. They pride themselves on offering customers “Good, Simple, Italian Food.” Their relaxed, fine dining establishment is located in a quaint, upstairs space overlooking Broad Street and UGA’s beautiful North Campus. Owner and operations manager Drew Meyer has been a player in the restaurant business for years. He can be seen weekly running the floor and mastering the mixology in Osteria’s full bar. Osteria also has an exclusively Italian wine list. On football game days and graduations, they open early for lunch. Private parties and catering are also available.
